Black w/ Small While Polka Dots Skirt

Circle skirt with very flattering flare. Very cute for a business casual look when paired with a black blouse. This is made of a thickish material, so it's great for colder weather. Looks like a mini, but goes above my knee (I'm 5'4"). Barely worn.
