Black w/ Fringe Blouse Size L

The top of the shirt is made out of a stretchy cotton material while the lower half is stiff and has no give to it. It’s like a sheer material. If held up to light, it’s see through but doesn’t seem to be when worn without anything underneath. Fringe is definitely worn due to multiple washes. Some have been cut due to unevenness.
