Black vinyl knee high boots. Brand new never worn. Shiny black vinyl . Large gold toned buckle on each side of the boots. Rounded toe. Slouch look in the upper part of the boot. Slip on boots with finger straps at the top for easy wearing. The boot measures 21.5 inches from the top of the boot to the bottom of the heel. The heel is 1.5 inches.
