Black velvet sparkling top from Fashion Bug

Bought from the now defunct Fashion Bug stores (bought out and folded into the Lane Bryant umbrella.) This black velvet tie front tunic features a fake black velvet tank. The sparkles are blue and white. This will be a great top for when we can have Christmas gatherings in the future.
