Black velvet sleeveless top, ruffle neck, beaded l

Beautiful black tank top or sleeveless top. The neck has a ruffle collar around it oh, it is a deep v-neck. The fabric is a stretchy velvet. Probably a polyester. The bottom is beautifully beaded with teardrop beads and black and silver seed beads. There is no size on this but all of my sister's tops have been around at 10 oh, she is kind of a busty girl.
