Black velvet dress

Black velvet, swoop neck, spaghetti strap dress with a slit. Size small. About 29.5 inches long with the slit at about 22.5 inches. Straps are not adjustable. * I always wash clothes and lint roll them before sending out. However I recommend washing again before wearing, especially if you have sensitive skin/ allergies to certain detergents.*
