Black velvet and lace dress from Hot Topic (L)

This is a beautiful velvet black dress, it has a lace cutie pie neckline with small puffed sleeves cuffed with lace. Form fitting and yet flowing around the midline. Lightly used, still in good condition. I simply don't wear it enough, it deserves someone who will wear it often:) Please feel free to ask anything, I will get back to you ASAP!
