Black velvet A-line dress with bejeweled collar

Black velvet dress with smooth inner lining. Very comfortable. A-line shape. Jeweled collar. Short sleeved. Zip-up back but a good bit of stretch in the material. I am 5’3” and it falls an inch or so above my knees.
