Black velvet 90’s does 60’s xs dress

No label or tags. Fully lined. Zero flaws, looks brand new! I believe it’s 90’s does 60’s style. Bead work is 100% there. Sadly, I couldn’t fit into this, but fits like an extra small. Measurements listed in the photos, but you’ll need to be shorter than 5’9”, smaller than a 34d in the chest & have under a 26 inch waist. Total length 34.5 inches shoulder to bottom hem. I wish this fit 🙁
