Black tweed dress or blazer with feathers

Black tweed mini dress or long blazer with feather detailing. I did change the buttons the dress however I never wore this dress It’s higher than retail because the buttons are authentic designer label. I changed all buttons down the center with .5” gold and black w 2 gold designer initials that are the same Bust 88cm, Waist 76 cm, Hip 90 cm, Length 81 cm Turtle neck.
