Black tiered skirt - Sz 16

Black tiered skirt by Counterparts, size 16. Fabric is polyester/rayon/spandex blend. Skirt has side invisible zipper and sits just below the natural waist. The skirt is 20 3/4" from waistband to hemline. The skirt is not lined, but fabric is very comfortable. Fabric is a true black, despite photo being slightly light.
