Black tiered Summer Swing Boho dress

This is a super cute dress for the hotter months but also can be used in the colder months with some layering. This is a loose and oversized for depending on your size. The tag says F which I have no clue what that means. But I’m a Med and this fits loose so I think this can fit up to a large or XL for a more fitter fit. There is no fabric tag. But it feels soft and slippery. And cold to touch. It is a button up. Collared and elastic sleeves. There is also a tie of you like to cinch in the waist.
