Black thigh high boots from Lucho

Never worn new with out tags or box runs a bit smaller or if you have skinny feet might be true to size. however i have wide feet and could not get them to fit. only reason why i’m letting them go. they are beautiful sexy and ready for spring when it’s not to hot out yet.
