Black summer blouse/top

Black shirt/blouse from target. This shirt is brand new, I took off the tags once I bought it but I never wore out, it’s been sitting in my drawers for months. Size large, I’m usually a size medium for reference. This tank top is made of polyester and has adjustable straps. I kind of this of this shirt like a slip. I would wear it to a nice dinner out!
