This is a pair of never-woren US, women's, size 8, black, suede, thigh-high, 3 inch heeled, winter boots from Charlotte Russe. Boots have a rubber panel at the top back for extra stretch for various thigh sizes. I would not recommend for anyone pants size 16 or over, however.

Could you tell me the shaft height and width at top of your boots? I have thin legs and most thigh-high are too wide for my legs.

@brownieandspot The shaft from the heel to the top of the boot is 24 inches. The width at the top around the thigh is 9 inches.
