Black strapless petal skirt evening dress

It’s poly, but fabric reads as a silk faille. Pleats at front and back give it a beautiful petal shape. Set in panel at empire waist. Side zip. Waist measures 29”. 22 1/2” length from bottom of waist seam. Excellent condition.
