Black strapless mini dress (medium fit)

Black strapless mini dress in size large in EUC. Dress has been worn maybe 3 times. Dress is double lined. Top layer has ruching to give it some texture. Dress has stretchy material. Top of the dress has a liner to keep from sliding off your chest. Dress has built in pads that are not removable. Chest size would hold up to a D or double D. Size L on tag, but I would say it fits more like a medium. Made of 100% polyester. Dress from the top to the bottom is 27”
