Black strapless dress by Charlotte Russe

Black strapless dress with ruching on the left side and a pointed high low skirt. The inner layer is a stretchy knit, outer is a chiffon all polyester. The inner layer is shorter than the outer all around with a triangle of chiffon added to the front of the inner layer to give a crossed effect in the front. The bottom is very flowy and fun while the top creates the look of a defined waist.
