Black strapless Prom Dress

Used only once. No damages. I did about a 1-2" alteration(I wore 4" heels) $30 plus with jewelry belt. To put size into perspective: I am about 5' and wear sizes 3-5 in bottoms and range from S-L in tops. I am willing to negotiate. No low balling please.
