Black strapless Bill Levkoff dress

Worn once for a wedding. Extra bra padding that was added for me has been removed. One layer of tulle also removed, but I still have it and can send it. Does also include straps that could be added, but were not. Still in amazing condition! Great for prom, a wedding, or any other formal occasion.
