It has an asymmetrical hemline. One shoulder is bare and fastens with a button. Fitted waist. Has round neckline with yoke overlay. Has side zipper. FLAT measurements: armpit to armpit approx 17", waist approx 12 1/2", left hemline length approx 28", right hemline approx 37". Top is fully lined, skirt is lined from waist to approx 19 1/2". Dress and lining are 100% polyester.
