Black spandex paneled skater skirt

This is a spandex polyester blend, but feels kind of like a scuba fabric (like what triangle swimsuits are made of). High waisted, great length for most people I'm just a little too tall at 5'11. Elastic waistband SO has some give with sizing. Perfect black skater skirt!!
