Black smocked sheer floral blouse xs Max studio

This is from their high end line not the Tjmaxx stuff. My sister worked for their corporate office and got this during a sample sale. Pair with a camisole for a more conservative look. Pair with Jean's or a skirt. Beautiful details. Does not have a size but it would fit a xs small best. I'm 5'2 and 125 I was comfortable with it. Also does not have a material tag it say it's possibly a silk, poly blend.
