Black slinky halter Marciano dress, size Medium

Cocktail length dress from Marciano, purchased around 2008. It’s a black halter top and very flattering, size medium. The front is ruffled and the hemline is a high-low. Used but in good condition - no rips. The fabric is VERY stretchy but here are approximate measurements: Bust: 13” across, laying flat Hips: 17’’ across, laying flat 16” between front bottom ruffles and rear bottom of dress (high-low hemline) 31” from armpit to bottom of dress, measuring along side seam.
