Black sleeveless dress

My boss gave me this dress and I've never worn ...I doubt she did either. It's beautiful but not really my style. The length is between knee and feet on a 5'5 frame. The collar has 11 rhinestone surrounded by metel prongs. There is also black knots of silky ribbon with the border sort of ropey looking. The sides around pocket area bow out (Like MC hammer pants) and come back in as if there are pockets there.
