Black skirt BY Elle. This is a cute skirt. It's definitely a skirt you can wear to work or dress to go out.. I kind of consider it more of a pencil skirt. 75% Polyester, 20% Rayon, 5% spandex... it's kind of pleated in back as you can see in the pictures... I feel like the pictures don't always do the clothing justice and this is one of them.. feel free to ask any questions. And I'm always open to reasonable offers :)
