Black size Small tweed jacket/topper. Fringed around the collar, sleeves and edge. Has that “Chanel” look. 25 inches from the shoulders fully lined; has pockets but I have not opened them to keep smooth. Perfect addition to any wardrobe can be turned into an office look or casual with jeans and t-shirt. Gently worn but in excellent condition.
