Black short-sleeved BCBG top with ruffled neckline

This top is in brand new condition, maybe worn once or twice at most. The body of the top is 95% rayon and 5% spandex. The contrasting neckline is cotton, nylon and spandex. This is a size small and very comfortable top! The sleeves have elastic bands at the bottom.
