Black sheer party dress

This is a black sheer party dress i bought while in Miami. I was going to wear it to a concert but it rained so i never wore it . Its entirely to big for me , the sides are cut out but can be adjusted with the side straps . The tag has been removed but as i said before its never been worn. Its taking up space in my wardrobe and i need it gone lol.
