Black sequin party dress!

Sleeveless black front side is all sequins and back side is all cotton. Front is fully lined so does NOT itch from the sequins. None are missing. I have never worn actually. Bought to wear to a concert and ended up not making it. Bought this from a local boutique. Perfect condition. The design on front looks like the side view of a lady's face.
