Black sequin flower skirt

I love this skirt but it doesn't fit! This is a fun transition piece to spring or can be dressed up for the holidays. It is lined with a side zipper. There are a few pulls, but not noticeable. Size is 2 but runs a little large, so could fit a smaller 4.
