Black sequin caplet/ shrug

This sparkly black sequined caplet is a lovely shoulder covering with very short sleeves that could be the perfect top over sleeveless or narrow strapped tops that need or want a little bit more coverage... It is fully lined with a black soft cotton jersey and the sequins are in tact. There is no closure as it really is just a shrug to cover the shoulders and back. The top measures 14.5" shoulder seam to shoulder seam (without stretching) and 13.5" from nape of neck to base, down the back.
