Black ruffled lace skirt

Tiered ruffles, satin lining, and a very thick stay-in-place waistband. A much deeper black than I was able to photograph. A little larger in the waist than one would expect, which is why I am seeking a new owner. Very flirty, romantic, and fun piece— the movement of the ruffles makes this skirt look fabulous when you walk! Unsure of original price, so I am estimating from similar items in the brand.
