Black ruffled detailed dress

This dress is from showpo and it has never been worn. It has a v-neck front with long ruffled sleeve. It has cute a tie bow at the waist area and goes into a flowly bottom. It has little circle dots all over the dress as a detail. Very pretty for a night out!
