Black ruffle Bandeau bikini - size s top, m btm

Never been worn. I cut the tag off the top but the bottom still has the large tag attached. There is a slight rip in the tie. I didn’t notice it until I started taking photos. Small top, medium bottom. Bought it from forever 21.
