Black ribbed high neck dress

This dress is great for fall with a belt and some over the knee boots! It is a turtleneck style with ribs and wide arms. It is not form fitting as you can see in the image, so can fit many sizes. I will say, it is on the shorter side if you plan to belt it. I am 5’9” and was unable to belt it without showing my butt.
