Black rain boots

Black rain boots size 7. Brand is Zoogs, ordered from Amazon. Worn only a few times. They were just a bit too snug over pants for me and my awkwardly huge calves. Boot opening is 15.5 inch circumference unstretched. There is a tab on the boots that extends and tightens, so the opening varies from there.
