Black purple green Mini Witch Hat Handmade NWOT

Black toile material, with a Shabby Chic band of black, purple and blue silk. Sitting on top of the band is a handmade rolled rose of green batik cotton, and the whole hat is lined with light grey felt. A hair-clip is glued on to keep hat in place. Completely handmade in my pet-free and smoke-free home, each hat is unique, no two are ever alike.
