Black polka dot dress

Size Small. Has an inner shell and outer layer is see-through with fuzzy polka dots. Super flowy and flirty! Sleeveless. Has a keyhole neck with ties that can be undone or tied. I’m 5’1” and dress hits right below my knees (approximately 20”)
