Pleats are in the back and front. Small shoulder pads in the puffed sleeves. There is small knot at the waist on the side and top button hole is stretched. See last 2 pics. 20” long. Pit to pit 18 1/2” 22” sleeves. 14 1/2” elastic waist. Probably size 6
