Black pencil skirt with sassy ruffle detail

This adorable skirt is professional and fun. It is a traditional pencil skirt but has a cute added ruffle flare running down one side. This give it a flirty feel. This skirt came just past my knees at 5'4". I paired this with my Calvin Klein tank I have listed quite often tucking it in, to emphasize the ruffle. This skirt would look better with a tucked in top. A blazer or cardigan would also work fine as well if the under top was tucked (just mho).
