❗RTC Black peep toe bootie heels size 9.5

Madden girl faux leather peep toe covered bootie heels that zip up to the ankle. Worn twice a few years ago, so the shoes are in fairly good condition but the glue where the gold sole liner connects with the heel is coming undone a little. The condition is reflected in price. Stack heel height is 4in. Size is 9.5 but could easily fit a 9 as the covered part of the shoe fits snug against the foot.
