Black pants with bow

-black pants with bow belt thing. top is frilly, I think it is considered a lettuce edge. -I got these online and the last two picture is the online picture. I though they would be more like dress pants, but they are soft. More thick than leggings and less thick than sweatpants. -They are very high waste and fit me(5'7'') and are not cropped. -they are new and never worn but didn't come with tags
