Black slacks, lightweight with a velour texture, elastic waist and also a tie waist made in the USA size 9/10. Two pockets, 12 inches from side to side at waist stretches to 17 1/2 inches from side to side. 13 inches from waist to crotch and 28 1/2 inches from crotch to bottom, one and a half inch slit at bottom of each leg on the outside, never worn
