Black open toe heels with wrap around metal buckle

These Forever 21 size 7.5 and are in great shape as they were only worn a few times. Has metal buckles and holes which looks great with my rock and roll suade short mini skirt. Looks like leather and solid thick heel makes it easier to walk in. There is a scratch on one side of heel. Heel height measures 3.5 inches to the back.
