Black onyx or onyx-like necklace with rose

This necklace is in perfect condition and has never been worn. The black stone with a gold cuff wrapped around it appears to be onyx gem or an onyx-like gem. The rose appears to be made of a coral material. The chain is gold-colored but does not appear to be real gold.
