WHBM Blouse. Beautiful off the shoulder scalloped edge flowy blouse with lace in front and on scallops. Fully lined with thin straps on your shoulder while the scalloped edges flow beautifully around the mid arm and chest. This blouse is so pretty and made me feel like a princess with either jeans and boots or leggings. it's just too big for me now. this blouse could easily fit a full figure woman with a size 12-18 pants. check measurements. pit2pit 25 length 29 honestly, this shirt deserves a good home. it helped me when I was a larger size, and I hope it makes someone else feel beautiful too.
