Black new medium top with v neck and 3/4 sleeves

Black a.n.a. Size medium top. Sleeves are slightly gathered on the end and are 3/4 long. There are gathers near the shoulders and in the center just below the bust. There is a tie in the back. Top is new, never worn. Polyester/ rayon. Machine wash and dry.
