Black mini tutu. Brand is Jerry Beck. Marked an adult one size although I feel like it's more for a L/XL in women's as I usually wear a medium and it falls down on me. Please check measurements to make sure it fits the way you'd like. 95% polyester and 5% elastane material. Really cute, perfect for raves. Measures 13 inches at the waist (26 inches but it is really stretchy) and it is 12 inches long. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits. Used item, has been washed.
