Black mini skirt with ruching at bottom

Bella Luxx tight black cotton mini skirt with ruching at the bottom (on front and back) that gives this skirt a fun, sexy twist. Fit to size, not too tight (XS). Can wear it a ton in the summer and fall/winter with boots and/or tights! I would keep it if I was still young enough to pull it off :)
